Evaluation – RFI evaluation of agencies’ suitability; media pricing analysis; fee benchmarking and analysis. Ongoing meetings with extensive assessment of agency talents on a global and developing basis.

Presentation – Pitch challenge by shortlisted agencies to showcase their strategic capabilities.
