We are recruiting for a full-time Growth Director to work with us in EMEA.

R3 is a uniquely global firm that drives greater marketing effectiveness and efficiency for our clients. Our company was founded in 2002 on three “Rs”: Return on Agencies, Return on Media, and Return on Investment. We see ourselves as the “McKinsey of Marketing.” Whereas a CEO has access to independent best practices from McKinsey, Bain or BCG, and a CFO has access to KPMG or EY, a CMO has no such independent partner. We aim to fill that gap. R3 is now 100 people strong, with offices in New York, London, Singapore, Shanghai, and Beijing.

The Role

This position is based in London and will see you contribute to R3’s growth in EMEA, developing relationships with existing clients and new prospects.

We require candidates for this role to commit to working onsite at our London office three days a week.

The job scope is as follows:

  • Support the Growth team to engage prospective clients and help develop a pipeline of new business opportunities for the company.
  • Be a key component in ensuring we have accurate data in our Hubspot CRM to drive the strategy for our future growth
  • Support in responding to RFI/RFP requests by coordinating all components for new business-related activities
  • Manage RFI/RFP team schedule and meetings, prepare project timelines and materials
  • Assist team in gathering core proposal assets, including R3 background/capabilities and collateral materials, case studies, and team bios
  • Work with our Growth team to identify ways to manage, grow and extend the lifetime value of a roster of key R3 accounts
  • Conduct research as needed on companies/products and highlight and summarize for distribution to the team
  • Take notes during core team meetings and distribute them to the team
  • Work with our internal marketing team to develop and implement innovative approaches to prospecting

Expected time split is 80% on existing clients; 20% on new clients.

This person will report to Dave Edwards, EVP of Global Growth and Sarah Tan, EVP of Delivery.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree and from 6 to 15 years of Sales/Business Development experience or similar roles
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels in both oral and written form
  • Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration as well as act independently
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once while demonstrating excellent time – management and organizational skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
  • Interest and enthusiasm for the position, company, and marketing industry
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Hubspot CRM experience is a major plus
