We are recruiting for a full-time Growth Manager to work with us in London.

This position is highly strategic and key to our overall success, which will lead ultimately to increased revenue. The person in this role will contribute insights into global clients and prospects.

The Role

  • Support the Growth team to engage prospective clients and help develop a pipeline of new business opportunities for the company.
  • Be a key component in ensuring we have accurate data in our Hubspot CRM to drive the strategy for our future growth
  • Support in responding to RFI/RFP requests by coordinating all components for new business-related activities
  • Manage RFI/RFP team schedule and meetings, prepare project timelines and materials
  • Assist team in gathering core proposal assets, including R3 background/capabilities and collateral materials, case studies, and team bios
  • Work with our Growth team to identify ways to manage, grow and extend the lifetime value of a roster of key R3 accounts
  • Conduct research as needed on companies/products and highlight and summarize for distribution to the team
  • Take notes during core team meetings and distribute them to the team
  • Work with our internal marketing team to develop and implement innovative approaches to prospecting
  • Expected time split is 20%+ on existing clients; up to 80% on new clients.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or up to 2-3 years of Sales/Business Development experience or similar roles
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels in both oral and written form
  • Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration as well as act independently
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once while demonstrating excellent time – management and organizational skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
  • Interest and enthusiasm for the position, company, and marketing industry
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Hubspot CRM experience is a major plus
