We are recruiting for a full-time Marketing Executive to work with us in Jakarta.

R3 is a uniquely global firm that drives greater marketing effectiveness and efficiency for our clients. Our company was founded in 2002 on three “Rs”: Return on Agencies, Return on Media, and Return on Investment. Whereas a CEO has access to independent best practices from McKinsey, Bain or BCG, and a CFO has access to KPMG or EY, a CMO has no such independent partner. We aim to fill that gap. R3 is now 100 people strong, with offices in New York, London, Singapore, Jakarta, Shanghai, and Beijing.

The Role

This position is based out of our Singapore office, which serves the Asia Pacific region. The role is ideal for a recent graduate with skills in copywriting and research, events management, and website and/or CRM maintenance. It’s a hands-on role which requires administrative and operational capabilities, and the willingness to work behind-the-scenes to ensure seamless execution throughout our marketing activities.

R3 Singapore requires employees to be in the office three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday).

The job scope is as follows:

  • Support events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials, and online activities
  • Research, write, edit and proofread materials including press releases, newsletters, blog posts, reports, and presentations
  • Grow our visibility through maintaining event and conference calendars, and scoping opportunities for presentation and sponsorship
  • Support the Jakarta and Asia Pacific Growth team with the logistics and execution of local and regional events
  • Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
  • Maintain and update client databases

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1 – 3 years working experience in a marketing role
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia at all levels in both oral and written form
  • Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration as well as act independently
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once while demonstrating excellent time – management and organizational skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
  • Interest and enthusiasm for the position, company, and marketing industry
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Hubspot CRM experience is a major plus
