Greg is President, Global Growth at MediaSense and the Co-founder of R3, based in our New York office. He established R3 as a globally minded independent marketing consulting firm in 2002, after seeing the need for CMOs to have a trusted advisor and counselor in areas of marketing transformation, effectiveness and efficiency.
Prior to establishing R3, Greg held senior executive roles in agencies in the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Originally from Australia, Greg has helped build a new breed of best practice and measurement tools and processes to help marketers improve performance.
The author of three books on marketing, his most recent Global CMO: Best Practice in Best Practice in Marketing Effectiveness & Efficiency Around the World, Greg’s insight and industry knowledge can be found in publications like the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Financial Times, Business Insider, Advertising Age and Adweek.
Ishan Chatterjee
VP, Global Growth
Ishan brings over a decade of experience in account management, business growth and client strategy. He is a specialist in optimising the Client/Agency relationship to accelerate business growth, foster innovation, and drive the value of marketing investment. Prior to R3, he held leadership roles at top digital & integrated agencies within WPP in Europe & Asia, working with global, regional and flagship local clients including Danone, Nestle, BP, 3M, Grab and Kellogg’s. He’s passionate about nurturing the next generation in advertising – as a member of the IPA New Business & Marketing Council, he’s worked on improving the pitch process and the implications on agencies & their people, and attracting, retaining and mentoring the best new business talent in the UK.
Sarah Tan
EVP, Delivery
Sarah oversees R3’s consulting operations in her role as EVP, Delivery, and manages our in-house marketing team globally. She has spent almost two decades building C-suite and brand reputations, developing and executing marketing strategy, and establishing internal frameworks that improve overall business performance for companies in the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. Over her career, Sarah has helped CEOs, CMOs, and CFOs identify core messaging and convey complex information to key stakeholders in engaging ways. Some brands she has delivered to include Google, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Toyota, Gucci, Estée Lauder, and Starbucks. Sarah is adept at editorial, strategic communications and public relations, design, and production. She has worked in engineering, publishing, food, and travel, and is a published writer and photographer.
Gurneet Singadia
Senior Consultant
Gurneet has an extensive career spanning across Brand Marketing, Commercial Strategy and Project Management at a Global and Local level. Recently, she was focused on leading successful transformational change within organisations including agency model re-design and implemention, development of company-wide Brand Building capabilities through People, Processes and Technology, and M&A’s for Marketing. She’s passionate about supporting companies through change management and the surrounding process, particularly how they can assess internal and external operating models and capability needs to design a model that best reflects business reality and ambitions.
