Shawn is the HR Director at R3 China. He previously worked at Innocean China, Hyundai Group’s in-house agency, where he was responsible for HR across the Asia Pacific, specifically for media teams. He brings to his role a deep understanding of the advertising industry, along with expertise in staff and structure management, recruitment, performance appraisals, and cost control management. Outside of R3, Shawn enjoys working out and traveling with his family, and his favorite sports are boxing and basketball.
