At The Drum’s 2018 Digital Trading Awards (APAC) in Singapore on September 12th, R3 Co-Founder and Principal, Shufen Goh, participated in a debate that looked into whether brands are losing confidence in digital as consumer focus has shifted to transparency, brand safety, and trust. Joining Shufen on stage was Jennifer Villalobos, Vice President at NTUC Income Digital Transformation Office, Sonal Patel, President of Programmatic Services (Asia Pacific) at Dentsu Aegis Network, and Jenni Chase, Head of Sales at Mediacorp.
Niall Hogan, Managing Director at Integral Ad Science’s (IAS), spoke on brand confidence and highlighted that everyone needs to play a more significant role in redefining best practices for digital trading. Meanwhile, a cross-section of the judges, representing Fox Sports, GroupM, RedDoorz, MMA, and Iponweb, discussed mistrust in the supply chain and building trusted relationships.
