Verizon needed to establish clear descriptions to show Complexity Level and scope for hundreds of current and potential delivery items. The company wanted a clear and benchmarked deliverables list for hundreds of current and potential items covering all agencies and outcomes.
Results
R3 delivered a standardized scope for billing and reporting process for benchmarks that allow for better transparency in agency rates and better guidelines for internal teams.
R3 PROCESS
Assessment – R3 completed stakeholder interviews, and analysis of existing all agency SOWs, staffing details, and deliverable lists.
Taxonomy – Establishment of customized taxonomy with definition of Complexity Level and clear descriptions for each item.
Benchmarks – Development of 4-level benchmarks with support of an ideal staff plan for each deliverable.
Application – Demonstration of taxonomy applicability by benchmarking existing agency fee and final refinement afterwards.
