TikTok awarded its global media planning and buying account to Zenith, ending its relationship with PHD. E-commerce company Lazada Group appointed UM to manage regional media duties for South East Asia, encompassing strategy, planning, buying, research, and data and analytics. Also in the region, Danone appointed OMD as their media agency of record for Malaysia and Thailand.
