We are recruiting for a full-time Senior Consultant to work with us in Singapore.

R3 is a uniquely global firm that drives greater marketing effectiveness and efficiency for our clients. Our company was founded in 2002 on three “Rs”: Return on Agencies, Return on Media, and Return on Investment. Whereas a CEO has access to independent best practices from McKinsey, Bain or BCG, and a CFO has access to KPMG or EY, a CMO has no such independent partner. We aim to fill that gap. R3 is now 100 people strong, with offices in New York, Miami, London, Singapore, Jakarta, Shanghai, and Beijing.

The Role

This position is highly strategic and key to our overall success as it will help us build a better relationship with existing clients which will lead ultimately to increased revenue. The person in this role will contribute insights into global and APAC clients and prospects. 70% of the work would be APAC projects; 30% would be working on global assignments.

R3 operates a hybrid office in Singapore with a four-day a week office policy.

The job scope is as follows:

  • Play a key role in Best Practice for media and media agency management.
  • Lead, execute and supervise consulting work from the company, including Agency Pitch Management, Media Auditing, and marketing measurement projects. This means a client interface, as well as internal management and direction.
  • Build and train a team to improve and grow and expand in the area of digital marketing. All our team have a mixture of experience, but great energy to grow and learn. This includes:
    • Imparting knowledge of digital and performance marketing – strategy, measurement (metrics and tools), related adtech platforms, cost and quality control, etc.
    • Manage internal and freelance resources on Consumer and Competitive Research driven projects for clients across categories and markets. This will require knowledge and use of tools used to gather data for consumer insights and competitive research.
    • Support our expansion into ROI measurement and manage the analytical and financial skills to help us deliver work.

Expected time split is 80% on existing clients; up to 20% on business and product development.

The role reports to R3’s Co-founders & Principals, Greg Paull and Shufen Goh.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience on the client side or agency side of marketing, preferably both, and around 6-10 years of working experience. They cannot be new to Asia, they must know this market, people and working approach. It’s crucial the candidate has a regional / global mindset. Some education or work experience outside of Asia will be an asset.
