New Balance had been with the same creative agency for 10 years. The relationship was global in scope but not truly integrated across all markets. The company wanted to find a partner that understood the sports category, had global reach, and rich experience in retail and e-commerce marketing.

R3 helped New Balance appoint a digital agency to develop a global creative branding platform that has energized the organization and laid the groundwork for a future-fit approach.


Assessment – Conducted stakeholder interviews across the entire organization to determine the unique challenges facing New Balance’s marketing team across different markets.
