Samsung managed more than 250 agency relationships across their key agencies in 65 countries but had no common currency to measure them. The company wanted to keep their portfolio of agency partners motivated and encourage transparent and open conversation for continual improvement across its business units and markets.

Results
Samsung and their agencies are now aligned with an Agency Incentive structure. The agency evaluation is recognized as a component of Samsung’s agencies’ annual KPI and tied to performance bonus.
