Singapore’s largest telecommunications company, Singtel, is a complex business with multiple stakeholders. Its B2B division and small business units felt that the company’s agencies were not meeting their specific needs, particularly in Innovation and Digital Media.
R3 has been working with Singtel for more than 10 years. The dynamics of the client-agency relationship across the company have shifted to working collaboratively towards business goals.
