Indonesia’s largest telecommunications provider, Telkomsel, was facing issues of performance and lack of strategic leadership in their agency partners. They found that some agencies were not accountable and could not handle the pace of the telecommunications industry.
R3 established a detailed Client-Agency-Performance-Evaluation (CAPE) system across multiple agencies with 360-degree functionality. This led to longer relationships and good business understanding, and incentivised agencies to bring more strategic insights to the business.

Benchmarking – Developed KPI tracking and client-agency performance evaluation to identify and resolve issues in a constructive and timely manner.
