R3 partnered with the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) and I.A. Labs to produce the inaugural ANA Futures UNLOCKED Summit. This summit showcased how AI has transformed the marketing function, particularly along the customer journey.
In addition to driving efficiencies that save businesses millions, AI is helping brands understand customers better than ever before and deliver hyper-relevant content and offers that drive sales, and ultimately business growth.
The objective of the summit was to promote knowledge, spark discussion, and introduce marketers to a diverse range of options as they explore the AI space in the areas of Facial Recognition, Emotional AI, Predictive Personalization, and AI-Enabled Analytics.
R3’s Co-Founder and Principal, Greg Paull, moderated discussions with Pascal Lagadec, VP of Sales and Business Development at fielddrive which focused on a more in-depth look at facial recognition and the company’s adoption of it throughout the customer experience. Greg also moderated a session with Andy Mauro, CEO of automat.ai who took a closer look at predictive personalization.
