What is CAPE?

Finding someone to wed is never as challenging as keeping the marriage intact year after year – it requires work. Who does the work?

Every Client Agency Performance Evaluation is led by an R3 Principal or Senior Consultant supported by our research team. Collaborating with more than 2,500 marketers and 200 agencies in 60+ countries annually, we leverage our independent ‘insider’ expertise to assist you in reviewing, evaluating, and compensating the best agency partners for your business.

How is it done?

We leverage our proprietary tools to evaluate in-house marketing communication resources for alignment with agencies on local, regional, and global levels. We follow a consistent three step process to ensure an optimized long-term fit with your agencies:

Online Evaluation

We begin by understanding your needs and assessing previous evaluations to get a feel for where you stand. We then adapt our questionnaires according to your needs, or use a format of your choosing to host on our online platform. R3 manage the whole process, and also do “deep dive” interviews where required with key stakeholders

Presentation & Report

From the raw data amassed from the evaluations, and the interviews, we provide a detailed report with both quantitative and qualitative insights. Rather than apportioning blame, our presentation looks to pinpoint the areas for improvement and what steps can be taken to go towards a better relationship.

Follow up actions

One of the big differences between our tool and other standard reviews are the Action Emails – specific follow ups are generated to every individual that agreed to commit to an action over the ensuing 30 days, 60 days, and so on. In short, we empower them to face the issue and make the action to reach the goal.
